Brain Clutter

Brain Clutter

A worthy goal for 2016 is to spend a few minutes planning your day and writing things down. You are probably already planning your day without realizing you are doing it. What are you thinking about in the shower? It’s probably what you have to do today.
If you jot the information down as soon as you can you won’t spend the day unconsciously trying to remember everything you need to do. The little ants running around in your brain trying to find your shower thoughts are distracting and keep you from focusing on the important things.
Daily lists and lists of “stupid stuff I gotta do” can clear the clutter from your brain and help you remember the urgent and important things, and the not so important or urgent things as well. Happy New Year.
